Trishna has been involved in the beauty and fitness industries for over 35 years and is a qualified beauty therapist, Ka Huna massage therapist, fitness leader and yoga teacher. She has been passionately practising yoga for the last 14 years, teaching for the past 12 of those. Trishna believes that Ka Huna and yoga go hand in hand; it is a lovely combination of movement, both in body and breath. Utilising these skills has enabled her to create unique and fun sequences.
She has attended numerous yoga courses and workshops in Australia, India and Bali.
It is obvious to all who meet her that Trishna has a warm and caring compassion for people. She enjoys any opportunity to promote the healing and scientifically proven benefits of yoga and loves nothing more than to see students achieve what they think must be impossible, in yoga and in life. She also loves to sing and write her own music, which she often shares with her students in class. She believes that we are forever a student and is constantly studying, her most recent achievements being a certificate in Ayurvedic Health Coaching and accreditation in Mindfulness and Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers.
Her classes incorporate breath work, flowing asana, meditation and bhakti yoga.
