Louise has been practicing a range of different types of yoga since 2016 and completely fell in love with the magic of movement and breath within the practice.  Louise has been a lover of many types of yoga, though always coming back to Vinyasa, yin and Bikram. With these practices she found they really balanced out each of her practices. This love for yoga brought her to do her teacher training for level 1, level 2 yoga which includes yin certification plus Reiki. Louise has started focusing on bringing in healing modalities such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drumming and reiki to her classes. Having taught in many different classes at different studios over the years, she has a beautiful balance that will nourish your mind, body and soul.
